Base Stations definition

Base Stations means mobile telecommunications equipment for reception and/or transmission of wireless, radio frequency telecommunications signals, for example, but without limitation, microcell antennas, 802.11x access points and other types of transceivers, and related equipment (such as, without limitation, batteries, amplifiers and connective cabling) to support and facilitate wireless telecommunications.
Base Stations means the equipment housing and antennas, and the associated equipment, all as described in Section I of Appendix A, installed at a fixed location for the reception and/or transmission of wireless, radio frequency telecommunications signals.

Related to Base Stations

  • BASE STATION means the station as set out in Part-II (SOQ) hereof where the vehicle(s) / equipment shall be permanently based, (i.e. based for minimum period of 10 (Ten) days at a stretch) which may be changed at the discretion of the Company.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
