SENIORITY AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Leaves of absence will be granted only to employees whose names appear on the departmental seniority list. Seniority shall continue during workers’ compensation leave, and medical leave as provided herein, to the extent that Family and Medical Leave Act applies. Seniority shall not accrue during Personal Leave.
