Common use of SENIORITY AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. No employee shall have the right to claim seniority if he or she has been on a leave of absence in excess of three (3) months, except as provided in Articles 16.01, 16.02, 16.05, 16.06, 16.07, 16.08 and 16.09.
