Seller's Lease. Purchaser shall assume and be responsible for all of Seller’s obligations under the existing real property lease for Seller’s warehouse facility located at 3967, 3969, 0000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
