SECTION 8.5 Notice. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given: (a) if delivered personally, on the date of delivery; (b) if delivered by facsimile, email or otherwise, upon written confirmation of receipt by facsimile, email or otherwise; (c) if delivered by a recognized next-day courier service, on the first Business Day following the date of dispatch; or (d) if delivered by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, on the earlier of confirmed receipt or the fifth Business Day following the date of mailing. If the Corporate Taxpayer and the TRA Party Representative, for any reason, are unable to successfully resolve the issues raised in such notice within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Corporate Taxpayer of the Material Objection Notice, the Corporate Taxpayer and the TRA Party Representative shall employ the Reconciliation Procedures in which case such Schedule shall become binding ten (10) calendar days after the conclusion of the Reconciliation Procedures.

  • Request for Notice The Mortgagor requests that a copy of any statutory notice of default and a copy of any statutory notice of sale hereunder be mailed to the Mortgagor in accordance with the requirements in Section 6.2 of this Mortgage.
