Date of dispatch definition
Date of dispatch means the date on which the Products leave ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ warehouse regardless whether dispatched by ▇▇▇▇▇ or collected by the Purchaser;
Date of dispatch means the date Products are dispatched by Olympus as stated on the Delivery Note; “Delivery” means the date and time at which the Products are unloaded at the Clinical Site;
