Compliance with Court Orders. In the event that any escrow property shall be attached, garnished or levied upon by any court order, or the delivery thereof shall be stayed or enjoined by an order of a court, or any order, judgment or decree shall be made or entered by any court order affecting the property deposited under this Agreement, the Escrow Agent is hereby expressly authorized, in its sole discretion, to obey and comply with all writs, orders or decrees so entered or issued, which it is advised by legal counsel of its own choosing is binding upon it, whether with or without jurisdiction, and in the event that the Escrow Agent obeys or complies with any such writ, order or decree it shall not be liable to any of the parties hereto or to any other person, entity, firm or corporation, by reason of such compliance notwithstanding such writ, order or decree be subsequently reversed, modified, annulled, set aside or vacated.
Compliance with Court Orders. The Assignor hereby expressly and irrevocably permits and authorises the Bank and the UOB Group Members to act in their sole discretion in any way they deem fit, without prior reference to the Assignor, when served with a court order issued by the Singapore courts or a court of any other jurisdiction and will not hold the Bank and/or the UOB Group Members liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the actions of the Bank and/or the UOB Group Members in complying with the orders.

Compliance with Court Orders. If any property subject to this Agreement shall be at any time attached, garnished or levied upon under any court order or in case the payment, assignment, transfer, conveyance or delivery of any such property shall be stayed or enjoined by any court order, or in case any order, writ, judgment or decree shall be made or entered by any court affecting such property or any part thereof, then in any of such events the Escrow Agent is authorized to rely upon and comply with any such order, writ, judgment or decree that the Escrow Agent is advised by legal counsel of its own choosing (including internal counsel) is binding; and if the Escrow Agent complies with any such order, writ, judgment or decree the Escrow Agent shall not be liable to any of the Parties hereto or to any other person, entity, firm or corporation by reason of such compliance even though such order, writ, judgment or decree may be subsequently reversed, modified, annulled, set aside or vacated. The Escrow Agent shall promptly forward to the Parties by one of the methods described in Section 9 of this Agreement copies of all legal documents served on or otherwise received by the Escrow Agent relating to any of the proceedings described in this Section 5; provided, that failure to deliver such copies shall not result in any liability to the Escrow Agent. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Escrow Agent is prevented for any reason from paying the Escrow Deposit (in its entirety) to HSBC, the Escrow Agent has no authority to, and shall not, date the HSBC Escrow Property and the Trustees Escrow Property.
Compliance with Court Orders. Nothing in this Addendum will limit the authority of the landlord, when notified by a court order, to comply with the court order with respect to the rights of access or control of property (including civil protection orders issued to protect a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking) or with respect to the distribution or possession of property among members of the Tenant’s Household. 24 CFR 5.2005(d)(1).
