Common use of Seasonal Employees Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Employees. A seasonal Employee is an Employee who is categorized as a seasonal Employee on the Employer’s payroll records.

Seasonal Employees. A seasonal Employee employee is an Employee who a person hired to fill a position where the nature of the service is categorized as a seasonal Employee on such that it is not continuous throughout the Employer’s payroll recordsyear but recurs in each successive year.

Seasonal Employees. A seasonal Employee is (a) “Seasonal Employee” means an Employee who is categorized as employed to meet the regularly occurring seasonal events of a seasonal Employee on the Employer’s payroll recordsdepartment.
