Scheduling Extended Tours – 2DAY/2NIGHT. (a) When the Hospital and the Union agree, the 2D 2N Extended Tour Schedule may be instituted when eighty-five percent (85%) of the full-time and part-time employees on a particular nursing unit have so indicated by secret ballot. For Employees who indicate to their unit Manager that they do not wish to work Extended Tours, the Hospital will endeavour to schedule these Employees on a normal rotation.
