Scheduling Compensatory Time Off. The compensatory time off shall be used no later than six (6) months from when it was earned. If the unit member has not taken the compensatory time within this period, the unit member has the option to request payment or, if payment is not requested, management shall determine when the compensatory time shall be taken within the next ninety (90) calendar days.
