Sales of Eligible Investments. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, none of the Borrower or the Investment Manager may at any time sell (or direct the Collateral Agent to sell) or permit the sale of any Eligible Investment prior to its maturity date if the Borrower or the Investment Manager, as the case may be, determines that such Eligible Investment will sell at a price that is below the par value of such Eligible Investment.
