Common use of Sales of Eligible Investments Clause in Contracts

Sales of Eligible Investments. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, none of the Issuer, the Collateral Manager or the Trustee may at any time sell or permit the sale of any Eligible Investment prior to its maturity date if the Issuer or the Collateral Manager, as the case may be, determines that such Eligible Investment will sell at a price that is below the par value of such Eligible Investment.
