Salary Continuation During Disability. If Employee for any reason (except as expressly provided below) becomes temporarily or permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties under this Agreement, Employer agrees to pay Employee the base salary otherwise payable to Employee pursuant to paragraph 9 of this Agreement, reduced by the amounts received by Employee from state disability insurance, or worker's compensation or other similar insurance benefits through policies provided by Employer, for a period of six (6) months from the date of disability.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If the Executive for any reason (except as expressly provided below) becomes temporarily or permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties under this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid the base salary otherwise payable to Executive pursuant to paragraph 9 of this Agreement, reduced by the amounts received by the Executive from state disability insurance, or worker's compensation or other similar insurance benefits through policies provided by the Bank or BCH, for a period of six (6) months from the date of disability. For purposes of this paragraph 10, “disability” shall be defined as provided in the Bank's or BCH’s disability insurance program.
Salary Continuation During Disability. Notwithstanding Section 6.1 above, if Executive suffers any physical or mental disability that would prevent the performance of his essential job duties, the Company agrees to pay Executive one hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s salary and other benefits (including, without limitation, bonuses, options and vesting), payable in the same manner as provided for the payment of salary and benefits (including, without limitation, bonuses, options and vesting) herein, for the duration of the disability, or six (6) months, whichever is less.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If Executive for any reason whatsoever becomes permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties prescribed herein, Company agrees to pay Executive his monthly installments of salary, payable in the same manner as provided for the payment of salary herein, for a period of up to six (6) months from the date of disability or until the expiration of the employment term provided for herein, whichever occurs sooner.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If Executive for any reason (except as expressly provided below) becomes temporarily or permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties under this Agreement, Bancorp and Bank agree to pay Executive in accordance with the Allocation, the base salary otherwise payable to Executive pursuant to paragraph 9 of this Agreement reduced by the amounts received by Executive from state disability insurance, or worker's compensation or other similar insurance benefits through policies provided by Bancorp or Bank, for a period of six (6) months from the date of disability.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If Employee for any reason whatsoever becomes permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties prescribed herein, Employer agrees to pay Employee fifty (50) percent of Employee’s annual salary in the same manner as provided for the payment of salary herein, for two years following such disability.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If Executive for any reason (except as expressly provided below) becomes temporarily or permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties under this Agreement, Executive shall be paid the Base Salary otherwise payable to Executive pursuant to subparagraph 3(a) of this Agreement, reduced by the amounts received by Executive from state disability insurance, or worker’s compensation or other similar insurance benefits through policies provided by Employer, for a period of six (6) months from the date of disability. For purposes of this paragraph 3(b), “disability” shall be defined as provided in the Employer’s disability insurance program.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If Employee for any reason whatsoever becomes permanently disabled, so that he is unable to perform his duties hereunder, Ontro agrees to pay Employee his annual salary, payable in the same manner for the remainder of the employment term less any amounts received by Employee under any employer, group disability, or similar insurance plan provided by Ontro.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If the Employee for any reason (except as expressly provided below) becomes temporarily or permanently disabled so that he is unable to perform the duties under this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay the Employee the base salary otherwise payable to Employee pursuant to paragraph 9 of this Agreement, reduced by the amounts received by the Employee from state disability insurance, or worker's compensation or other similar insurance benefits through policies provided by the Employer, for a period of six (6) months from the date of disability. For purposes of this paragraph 10, "disability" shall be defined as either: (a) the Participant is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months, or (b) by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months, the Participant is receiving income replacement benefits for a period of not less than three (3) months under an accident and health plan covering employees of the Employer. The determination of Disability shall be made by the Principal Employer. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Employer shall have no obligation to make payments for a disability resulting from the deliberate, intentional actions of the Employee, such as, but not limited to, attempted suicide or chemical dependence of the Employee.
Salary Continuation During Disability. If Employee for any reason whatsoever becomes totally disabled so that she is unable to perform the duties prescribed herein, Employer's obligations under this Agreement shall terminate six (6) weeks after the determination of such disability.
