Rights and Obligations of Altruist. The Service Provider shall keep and maintain the records in such manner and at such place as may be prescribed by NSDL in XXX. Service Provider shall not remove such records to a place other than designated place without giving notice of thirty (30) days to Altruist may inspect and/or audit the BPO Centre, operations and related records of the Service Provider at the place of work or remote location if any where the data is kept, for exercising internal control to ensure that the TIN FC is functioning in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In addition, the Service Provider shall allow the authorized representative / agent / employee / officials of Altruist or NSDL or ITD or any other concerned authority to have unhindered access at all reasonable times to their TIN FC and all kinds of records, electronic devices, machines, computers, other hardware's, software and other records / documents maintained in physical or electronic form. Altruist shall have right to demand accounts of collection of all fees /deposit details/ charges/ amounts which the Service Provider would be obliged to charge and receive against the work performed by them as a TIN FC service provider of Altruist hereunder. In the event Altruist or its representative fined any under payment from the Service Provider the dues shall be charged with interest @18% per annum. On commencement of this Agreement, Altruist will impart orientation and training to the Service Provider and / or two of its employees for smooth and proper operation of TIN FC. Subsequent to that, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to ensure that the Service Provider has the necessary manpower to impart them orientation and training for smooth and proper operation of TIN FC.
