Rights and Obligations Evidenced by the Units. Units of any series shall evidence the ownership by the Holder thereof of (a) the principal amount of Debt Securities, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units, (b) the number of Warrants, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units, (c) the number of Prepaid Purchase Contracts Issued under the Indenture, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units and (d) the rights and obligations of the Company, the Guarantor and the Holder under the number of Purchase Contracts, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units.
Rights and Obligations Evidenced by the Units. Units of any series shall evidence the ownership by the Holder thereof of (a) the principal amount of Notes, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units, (b) the number of Warrants, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units and (c) the number of Pre-Paid Purchase Contracts, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units or, in each case, otherwise determinable from the face of the Unit Certificate or from Schedule A thereto.

Rights and Obligations Evidenced by the Units. A unit shall evidence the number or amount of each type of constituent Securities specified on the face of the Unit Certificate representing a Definitive Unit or in Schedule A to a Unit Certificate representing Global Units.

Rights and Obligations Evidenced by the Units. Rights and Obligations Evidenced by the Units. Each Unit shall evidence the ownership by the Holder thereof of (i) $1,000 principal amount of Notes and (ii) five Common Shares. Holders of Units shall be entitled to the rights of a Holder of the Notes, subject to the limitations set forth in the Indenture, including in Section 4.19 thereof, and to the rights of a Holder of Common Stock. Pursuant to Section 4.19 of the Indenture, prior to separating the Units, a Holder thereof will not be able to participate in any redemption or repurchase of Notes, and the Units must have been separated prior to the date of any notice of redemption or any offer to repurchase commencement date in order for the Holder thereof to participate in such redemption or repurchase.

Units of any series shall evidence (a) the ownership by the Holder thereof of the principal amount of Debt Securities, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units and (b) the number of Prepaid Purchase Contracts, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units and the rights and obligations of the Corporation and the Holder under the number of Purchase Contracts, if any, specified on the face of a Unit Certificate representing Definitive Units or in Schedule A attached to any Unit Certificate representing Global Units.
Rights and Obligations Evidenced by the Units. Each Unit certificate shall evidence the aggregate stated amount of Units specified therein, with each $1,000 in stated amount of such Unit representing the rights and obligations of the Holder thereof, the Company, the Note Issuer and other parties to the Indentures under a single Unit composed of (i) one Exchangeable Note and (ii) one Amortizing Note. The Holder of a Unit shall, for all purposes hereunder and under the applicable Indenture, be deemed to be the holder of the Exchangeable Note and the Amortizing Note that are components of a single Unit.
