Definitive Unit definition

Definitive Unit means a certificated Unit registered in the name of the Unitholder thereof and issued in accordance with Section 9 hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto except that such Unit shall not bear the Global Unit Legend and shall not have the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Unit” attached thereto.
Definitive Unit means a certificated Unit registered in the name of the Holder thereof and issued in accordance with Section 3.6 hereof, in the form of Exhibit A1 hereto except that such Unit shall not bear the Global Unit Legend and shall not have the "Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Unit" attached thereto.

Examples of Definitive Unit in a sentence

  • Such Global Units shall initially be registered on the books and records of the Company in the name of Cede & Co., the nominee of DTC, and no Beneficial Holder will receive a Definitive Unit representing such Beneficial Holder’s interest in such Global Unit, except as provided in Section 3.09.

More Definitions of Definitive Unit
