Applicable Indenture definition

Applicable Indenture means, for each Other Series, the Indenture pursuant to which such Other Series was issued.
Applicable Indenture means the Existing New Indenture, as in effect on the date hereof and without giving effect to any modifications or supplements thereto after the date hereof unless expressly consented to in writing by the Collateral Agent (in its discretion) for purposes of this definition.
Applicable Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of November 15, 2011, between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee.

More Definitions of Applicable Indenture

Applicable Indenture shall have the meaning specified in Section 6(b)(iv) above.
