Amortizing Note definition

Amortizing Note means a Note for which payments of principal of and interest on such Note are made in installments over the life of such Note, and unless otherwise specified in the applicable Company Order, payments with respect to an Amortizing Note shall be applied first to interest due and payable thereon and then to the reduction of the unpaid principal amount thereof.
