Debt Securities definition

Debt Securities has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture and more particularly means any debt security or debt securities, as the case may be, of any series authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.

  • If any such withholding shall be required, then such Officer’s Certificate shall specify by country the amount, if any, required to be withheld on such payments to such Holders of Debt Securities or coupons and the Issuer will pay to the Trustee or such Paying Agent the additional amounts, if any, required by the terms of such Debt Securities and the first paragraph of this Section.

  • Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Article Sixteen, the Guarantor’s obligations under this Article Sixteen will remain in full force and effect until the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on and other amounts on the Debt Securities and coupons, if any, have been paid in full.

  • A meeting of Holders of Debt Securities of such series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article to make, give or take any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other Act provided by this Indenture to be made, given or taken by Holders of Debt Securities of such series.
