Right to Grieve Disciplinary Actions. The Association has the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken against a faculty member that exceeds the level of a verbal warning; provided that the discharge of a probationary, temporary or tenured faculty member during the term of his/her appointment is governed by Article 26 and is not subject to the grievance procedure.
