Review of Base Salary. The Base Salary may be reviewed by AXOGEN from time to time; however, AXOGEN reserves the right to increase or decrease the Base Salary at any time during the employment relationship in its sole discretion. ​

Review of Base Salary. The Board shall review from time to time, but in no case less than annually and promptly after the end of each fiscal year, the Executive's Base Salary and shall make such adjustments, if any, as the Board shall determine, in its sole discretion, provided, however, that no adjustment shall reduce the Base Salary below Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000) per annum.
Review of Base Salary. The Base Salary shall be reviewed by AXOGEN not less than annually, and AXOGEN may increase or decrease the Base Salary in its sole discretion.

Related to Review of Base Salary

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

  • Annual Salary Review In December of each year throughout the TERM, the annual salary of the EMPLOYEE shall be reviewed by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS and shall be set, effective January l of the following year, at an amount not less than $106,500, based upon the EMPLOYEE'S individual performance and the overall profitability and financial condition of the EMPLOYERS (hereinafter referred to as the "ANNUAL REVIEW"). The results of the ANNUAL REVIEW shall be reflected in the minutes of the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board.
