REVENUE STAMPS. Sellers agree to pay the real estate transfer tax and to affix the stamps for said tax on a Court Officer Deed to be delivered to Buyers when all the terms of this Contract are fully satisfied.
REVENUE STAMPS. If at any time the United States of America or the State of New Jersey shall require internal revenue or other stamps to be affixed to the Securities or this Mortgage, the Mortgagor will pay for the same, together with any interest or penalties imposed in connection therewith.

Such closures or stamps shall, where relevant, be delivered to RJRTC or any other Person nominated by RJRTC, together with directions describing the placement and orientation of the closures or stamps on the Cigarette Packaging, and if appropriate, the Cartons, in a timely manner so as not to delay or interfere with the production and packaging of Products by RJRTC. RJRTC shall ensure that the closures or stamps are prepared and affixed to the Cigarette Packaging, and if appropriate, the Cartons, in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable B.A.T. Customer describing the placement and orientation of the closures or stamps.
