Documentary Stamp Taxes. Borrower shall pay all documentary stamp taxes due on the obligation evidenced by this Promissory Note.
Documentary Stamp Taxes. Buyer shall be responsible for any documentary stamp taxes on any other transfer, sales or other taxes imposed by reason of the transfer of the Xing An Registered Capital. Shareholders shall be responsible for any documentary stamp taxes on any other transfer, sales or other taxes imposed by reason of the transfer of the Stock Consideration.
Documentary Stamp Taxes. MAKER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAXES AND ANY PENALTIES AND INTEREST ASSOCIATED WITH THAT TAX PAYABLE WITH RESPECT TO THIS NOTE, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT RENEWALS, MODIFICATIONS OR AMENDMENTS OF THIS NOTE.

The Purchaser hereby acknowledges that it is its belief that Florida law does not require the payment of documentary stamp taxes in connection with the execution and delivery of the Contingent Notes due to the contingent nature of the obligation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Purchaser agrees to pay any and all such documentary stamp taxes, or other similar taxes, if any, that may become due or payable in connection with the execution and delivery of the Contingent Notes or this Agreement, and the Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sellers and Gulf Coast from and against any and all such taxes. The Purchaser shall also be responsible for and shall pay all Florida documentary stamp taxes due and payable and required to be affixed with respect to the contingent issuance of AmeriPath Stock.
Documentary Stamp Taxes. Pay or reimburse McKesson on demand for all present and future documentary stamp taxes or recordation taxes, if any, required by any state or local authority as a condition of filing any financing statement, security instrument or other document covering collateral which is the subject of this Agreement or any Security Document.

Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Agreement, these obligations of the Purchaser shall survive for so long as there are any remaining obligations under the Contingent Notes and the contingent rights to receive AmeriPath Stock.
Documentary Stamp Taxes. Maker is responsible for payment of all documentary stamp taxes and other similar taxes due on the obligation evidenced by this Note.
