Documentary Stamps. If at any time the United States of America, any State thereof or any subdivision of any such State shall require revenue or other stamps to be affixed to the Note or this Mortgage, or impose any other tax or charge on the same, Mortgagor will pay for the same, with interest and penalties thereon, if any.

If, at any time, the United States of America, any State or Commonwealth thereof or any subdivision of any such State shall require revenue or other stamps to be affixed to the Note, this Security Instrument or any other Loan Document, or impose any other tax or charges on the same, Borrower will pay the same, with interest and penalties thereon, if any.

Documentary Stamps. Lessee shall bear the cost of any documentary stamps occasioned by this Lease should it wish to record this Lease.

If at any time the United States of America, any State thereof or any subdivision of any such State shall require revenue or other stamps to be affixed to the Note or this Mortgage, or impose any intangible tax or any other tax or charge on the same, Mortgagor will pay for the same, with interest and penalties thereon, if any.
Documentary Stamps. The purchaser will be required to purchase and place upon the deed the necessary documentary stamps.
Documentary Stamps. The Debtor shall pay all documentary stamps, intangible tax, as well as all other taxes and penalties due on any notes evidencing any of the Liabilities and the Debtor further agrees to indemnify and hold Secured Creditor harmless from and against any and all such documentary stamps, intangible taxes and penalties.
