Return to Work and Accommodation Representatives. The Employer and the Union agree that they will comply with their duty to accommodate under the Ontario Human Rights Code. Employees who are requested to attend an accommodation and/or return to work meeting following an absence shall be advised that they have the right to Union representation. Employees may contact a Union representative at the time that the meeting is organized. A Union representative may attend such meetings where requested and shall not lose regular pay as a result of such attendance.
