Rest and Meal Periods. Employees working an extended shift of eleven and one quarter (11.25) hours will be provided with a total of 45 minutes of unpaid meal time and a total of 45 minutes of paid rest periods. Definition of Overtime Overtime is defined as authorized hours worked in excess of the regular workday or workweek as defined above.
