RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES OF THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. At the option and in the sole discretion of the College, and upon written agreement between the Parties, the College may retain the Program Manager to perform the services of a Construction Manager on individual Projects. The fee associated with construction management services shall be determined and agreed upon at the time of retention. In the event of retention, the Program Manager (referred to as “Construction Manager” below), in addition to performing the services of a Program Manager described above, shall be responsible for providing the professional services necessary to complete the following for the individual Project for which it has been retained:
