RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR SERVICE. COMPANY shall respond promptly to requests for service made by Members of User. COMPANY will provide professional assistance to the Member in a manner to resolve the request for service in the sole discretion of COMPANY. Services under this agreement specifically excludes any legal representation or representation before the IRS of the Member or User. Under the COMPANY’S Tax Reimbursement Benefit, any reimbursement to Member for any tax liability, penalty or interest deemed payable by COMPANY will be in an amount up to but not to exceed $2,500.00 and will be reimbursed to the customer after a receipt of payment to the IRS is provided to COMPANY. COMPANY reserves the right to exclude the Reimbursement provisions of the Program in states that may not authorize the provision of this benefit.

RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR SERVICE. The Transmission Provider shall respond to a request for transmission service from a Transmission Requester in accordance with, as applicable, the provisions of Service Schedule F, the Transmission Provider's tariffs filed pursuant to Section 8.3.2, any regional or subregional tariff established or approved by the Regional Transmission Committee, or by an agreement to provide the requested transmission service. A response to a request for transmission service of a type not provided for by Service Schedule F, the Transmission Provider's tariffs, or any applicable regional or subregional tariff established or approved by the Regional Transmission Committee, shall be made in accordance with requirements established by the Regional Transmission Committee or, where such requirements have not been established, in accordance with FERC's then-applicable policies regarding such responses. 8.6

  • Request for a Panel 1. Unless the Parties agree on a different period for consultations, a complaining Party may request in writing the establishment of a Panel if the consultation referred to in the Article 176 (Consultations) fails to resolve a matter within 60 days, after the date of receipt of the request for consultations or 50 days in case of urgent matters. 2. The complaining Party shall deliver the request to the other Party, indicating at least, the reason of the request, the identification of the measure, an indication of the provision of this Agreement that it considers relevant and an indication of the legal basis of the complaint. The Panel will be considered as established on the date of receipt of the corresponding request to the other Party. 3. Unless otherwise agreed by the disputing Parties, the Panel shall be selected and perform its functions in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Chapter.

  • Notice of Absence If Tenant plans to leave the Property for 7 (seven) or more consecutive days or expects long, frequent or customary absences, Tenant must notify the Landlord in writing.   • Request for Leave At any time, employees may request the use of short-term leave (annual leave, compensatory time use, or personal leave). All leave may be used in tenth of an hour increments provided, however that use of personal leave to cover tardiness related absences shall not serve as a bar or defense to disciplinary action.

  • Request for Advance Subject to the following conditions, the Borrower may request an Advance to be made by ensuring that the Agent receives a completed Drawdown Notice not later than 11.00 a.m. (Hamburg time) 3 Business Days prior to the intended Drawdown Date.
