Common use of RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR SERVICE Clause in Contracts

RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR SERVICE. COMPANY shall respond promptly to requests for service made by Members of User. COMPANY will provide professional assistance to the Member in a manner to resolve the request for service in the sole discretion of COMPANY. Services under this agreement specifically exclude any legal representation of the User. Under the COMPANY’S Tax Reimbursement Benefit, any reimbursement to Member for any tax liability, penalty or interest deemed payable by COMPANY will be in an amount up to but not to exceed $2,500.00 and will be reimbursed to the customer after a receipt of payment to the IRS is provided to COMPANY. COMPANY reserves the right to exclude the Reimbursement provisions of the Program in states that may not authorize the provision of this benefit.
