Solid Waste Collection Services. The work to be done by Company pursuant to this Agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and all other items necessary to perform the services required. Solid Waste Collection Services. Contractor shall be required to provide Solid Waste Collection Services via Solid Waste Cart(s) to each Residential Service Unit in the Service Area requesting service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and uniform rates and policies established by Contractor and approved by the City and fairly and evenly applied to all persons similarly situated. Contractor shall provide Solid Waste Collection Service on the scheduled days and routes approved by Contract Administrator.
