Requirements of the Deliverables. The Supplier shall ensure that, during the term of the Agreement, the Deliverables conform in all respects to the requirements and descriptions set out in Appendix A and Appendix C and the Deliverables shall be Fit for Purpose. The Deliverables shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including any govern- ment requirements applicable in Denmark at the time of Delivery. Such compliance shall include any requirements with respect to the legality and safety of the Deliverables. Delivery shall take place after receiving a Purchase Order from the Buyer in accordance with the procedure set out in clause 5. In the performance of the Agreement, the Supplier shall comply with the requirements and specifications regarding labour clause, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and interna- tional sanctions set out in Appendix B and submit information in this respect in accordance with the requirements set out in the said Appendix B and B.1.

Units of weights and measures shall be expressed in terms of the metric system except where the equipment under test is specified using imperial units. The Deliverables shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including any govern- ment requirements applicable in Denmark, at the time of Delivery of the Delivery Item. Such compliance shall include any requirements with respect to the legality and safety of the Deliverables. The Buyer reserves the right to demand samples of the Deliverables, free of cost, to be sent by the Supplier, in order for DALO to make quality control. The quality control made by DALO will however not deprive the Supplier from any responsibilities or legal obligations regardless the result of the quality control. If the Supplier fails to comply with the requirements set out in Appendix B the Sup plier shall pay penalty as set out in Appendix B.

  • Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

  • Provide Data In Compliance With Laws LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, 603 C.M.R. 23.00, 603 CMR 28.00, and Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 71, Sections 34D to 34H, and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”

  • Minimum Condition and Warranty Requirements for TIPS Sales All goods quoted or sold through a TIPS Sale shall be new unless clearly stated otherwise in writing. All new goods and services shall include the applicable manufacturers minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in the Supplemental Agreement.
