LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.” When required under applicable Federal or state law to obtain the consent or authorization from a parent or guardian for the collection or use of Student Data pursuant to the LEA utilizing the Provider to provide educational services, LEA is responsible for fulfilling any applicable consent requirement.
