Requests for Study. 19.1.1 Requests for a classification study of an existing position(s) shall be presented to the Director of Human Resources using the Reclassification Request form (Appendix F). Requests for the study may be initiated by the District, by individual bargaining unit members, or by the CEU.
Requests for Study. Requests for classification study of existing positions shall be presented to the Personnel Commission Director together with a statement of the reasons for requesting study. Requests for study may be initiated by the Director of Personnel, by the Administration, with the approval of the Superintendent, or by an employee or CSEA. Requests initiated by the Administration shall be accompanied by a statement of the current authorized duties of the position(s) and any prospective changes. The results of a reclassification study are not grievable, but may be appealed to the Personnel Commission.
