Author's Grant. Author grants ABA a perpetual non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, unlimited world-wide license to publish, reproduce, edit, reprint, license, and distribute by sale or otherwise, the Work(s) as set forth above, in any format by any means and waives all interest to any derivative works produced or distributed by the ABA. Author authorizes ABA to use Author’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of the Work(s).

Author's Grant. 1. The Author grants permission to include his/her story entitled a work of approximately words, hereinafter referred to as the WORK, in "Stress Out! Mom’s show stress who’s the boss", an Anthology bearing an International Standard Book Number (ISBN) number 978-0-9906467-4-7, hereinafter referred to as the Book. This permission is NON-EXCLUSIVE, and does not require granting of "First Anthology Rights." The Author's article may be published in the English language and distributed anywhere in the world. The Author additionally grants the Publisher the right to use their name, article title, approved likeness, approved biographical information, and other approved information in all publicity efforts.
