Representation and Warranty of Employee. You represent and warrant to the Company that the performance of your duties will not violate any agreements with or trade secrets of any other person or entity.

Employee hereby represents and warrants that Employee is not a party to any agreement, contract or understanding which would in any way restrict or prohibit him from undertaking or performing any of his obligations hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Employment Agreement.
