Reporting to Professional Associations. If an Employee is reported by the Employer to her professional association, the Employee shall be advised within one (1) calendar day. The Employee shall receive a copy of the report. If the Employee is fully exonerated by the professional association, all reference to the matter shall be removed from the Employee’s personnel file and destroyed.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.   • PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE A. A claim by a teacher, the Association, or the Board of Education that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of specific provisions of this Agreement may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.
