Relationship ofParties. 12.1 Nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. No party pursuant to this Agreement has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other and no party shall be considered the agent of the other.

Relationship ofParties. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed by County or Lessee as creating the relationship of principal and agent, partners, joint venturers or any other similar such relationship between them. Neither the method of computation of fees and charges, any other provision contained herein nor any Hangar Lease 23238H Aces Aircraft Maintenance Inc 34 of 37 act of County or Lessee shall create a relationship other than that of lessor and lessee. In particular, but without limitation, and consistent with Section 8.04, County shall have no duty under this or any other lease to or contract with Lessee, except as otherwise expressly provided therein, to protect Lessee from acts or omissions of any third party, whether or not such third party has any contract with County allowing it to transact business and/or otherwise operate at, on, about or to and from Airport.
Relationship ofParties. The relationship between the parties to this Agreement to each other is that of independent contractors. The relationship of the parties to this contract to each other shall not be construed to constitute a partnership, joint venture or any other relationship, other than that of independent contractors.

  • Relationship Among Parties CNHCA and the Seller acknowledge and agree that the Underwriters are acting solely in the capacity of an arm’s length contractual counterparty to CNHCA and the Seller with respect to the offering of the Notes contemplated hereby (including in connection with determining the terms of the offering) and not as a financial advisor or a fiduciary to, or an agent of, CNHCA, the Seller or any other person. Additionally, none of the Underwriters are advising CNHCA, the Seller or any other person as to any legal, tax, investment, accounting or regulatory matters in any jurisdiction. Any review by the Underwriters of CNHCA, the Seller, the transactions contemplated hereby or other matters relating to such transactions will be performed solely for the benefit of the Underwriters and shall not be on behalf of CNHCA or the Seller.

You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (for example, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage or text message charges for your use of or interaction with Mobile Banking, including while downloading the Software, receiving or sending Mobile Banking text messages, or other use of your Wireless device when using the Software or other products and services provided by Mobile Banking), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your carrier or provider directly with your carrier or provider without involving us. You also agree that if you have any problems with Mobile Banking, you will contact us directly.

  • Relationships Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either party a partner, joint venturer or employee of the other party for any purpose.
