Parties’ Relationship definition

Parties’ Relationship. Nothing in this MoU shall be construed as creating a relationship of partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment between the Parties. Neither Party shall be responsible for the acts or omissions of the other Party, nor shall either Party has the power or authority to speak for or assume any obligation on behalf of the other Party.
