Other Lease. A "Lease Event of Default" shall occur under the Other Lease.
Other Lease. If an "Event of Default" (as defined therein) shall occur under the Other Lease or any other lease between the Lessor and the Lessee.

Other Lease. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the transactions contemplated herein and the Other Lease are two integral parts of an integrated financing transaction and it is a condition to the execution and delivery of the Lease that the Other Lease be simultaneously executed and delivered, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Lessee hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to pay, as primary obligor and not as surety, as Supplemental Rent hereunder, all amounts due and payable under the Other Lease.
Other Lease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained herein or in any Other Lease, Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that any Event of Default hereunder may, at Landlord’s election, constitute an event of default by Tenant (or the Tenant Affiliate as the case may be) under any Other Lease and that a default by Tenant (or a Tenant Affiliate, as the case may be) under any Other Lease shall constitute an Event of Default hereunder provided that Landlord or a Landlord Affiliate is the landlord under such Other Lease. For purposes hereof: (i) the phrase "Landlord Affiliate" shall mean a business entity, corporate or otherwise, that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with Landlord and (ii) the word "control" shall mean right and/or power, direct or indirect, to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a business entity, corporate or otherwise, through ownership or voting securities, by contract or otherwise. For purposes hereof, the phrase "Tenant Affiliate" shall mean any business entity in which Tenant (or any officer, director, or shareholder of Tenant, if Tenant is a corporation) has any financial interest, direct or indirect.
Other Lease. Tenant acknowledges that on April 28, 2018 Tenant entered with Landlord into the Office Lease agreement for the office space in the 27-floor and 59-floor part of the Building, on June 27, 2018 entered into the Office Lease agreement for the office space in the 59-floor part of the Building and for the purpose of this Article the mentioned agreements shall be referred as ”Other Lease”. Parties agree that:
(i) any breach of the terms and conditions of Other Lease by Party shall be deemed as the breach of the terms and conditions of this Lease by Party and any breach of the terms and conditions of this Lease by Party shall be deemed as the breach of the terms and conditions of Other Lease;
(ii) any termination of the Other Lease or this Lease shall at any Party’s discretion lead simultaneous termination of this Lease or Other Lease respectively.
Other Lease. An Event of Default shall occur under the Land Lease.
