Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, without the vote or consent of the Shareholders, and subject to the 1940 Act, redeem Shares or authorize the closing of any Shareholder account, subject to such conditions as may be established by the Board of Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right, at its option, upon 30 days notice to the affected Shareholder at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as described in Section 1 of this Article VI: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns Shares of any Series having an aggregate net asset value of less than a minimum value determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a Series equal to or in excess of a maximum percentage of the outstanding Shares of such Series determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares equal to or in excess of a maximum percentage, determined from time to time by the Trustees, of the outstanding Shares of the Trust.
Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as described in Section 1 of this Article VI: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns Shares of any Series or Class having an aggregate net asset value of less than an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage determined from time to time by the Trustees of the outstanding Shares of the Trust or of any Series or Class.
Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof, unless otherwise permitted by the 1940 Act, for any reason under the terms established by the Trustees from time to time including but not limited to: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares determined from time to time by the Trustees; (iii) the failure of a Shareholder to supply a tax identification number or other identification or if the Trust is unable to verify a Shareholder's identity; (iv) the failure of a Shareholder to pay when due the purchase price of Shares; (v) when the Trust is requested or compelled to do so by governmental authority; or (vi) the determination by the Trustees or pursuant to policies and procedures adopted by the Trustees that ownership of Shares is not in the best interest of the remaining Shareholders of the Trust or applicable Class.
Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.
Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right, at its option, upon no less than 30 days notice to the affected Shareholder at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value of such Shares: (A) if at such time such Shareholder owns Shares of any Portfolio having an aggregate net asset value of less than an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (B) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of the Trust or of any Portfolio, as such percentage may be determined from time to time, in each case subject to such terms and conditions as are set forth in the registration statement of the Trust in effect from time to time.
Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. At the option of the Board of Trustees the Trust may, from time to time, without the vote of the Shareholders, but subject to the 1940 Act, redeem Shares or authorize the closing of any Shareholder account, subject to such conditions and for such reasons as may be established from time to time by the Board of Trustees, including, without limitation, (i) the determination of the Trustees that direct or indirect ownership of Shares of the Trust or any Series has or may become concentrated in such Shareholder to an extent that would disqualify any Series as a regulated investment company under the Code (or any successor statute thereto), (ii) the failure of a Shareholder to supply a tax identification number if required to do so, or to have the minimum investment required (which may vary by Series or Class), (iii) if the Share activity of the account or ownership of Shares by a particular Shareholder is deemed by the Trustees either to affect adversely the management of the Trust or any Series or Class or not to be in the best interests of the remaining Shareholders of the Trust or any Series or Class or (iv) the failure of a Shareholder to pay when due for the purchase of Shares issued to him. Any such redemption shall be effected at the redemption price and in the manner provided in this Article VI.

Any such redemption shall be effected at the redemption price and in the manner provided in this Article VI.
Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right, at its option, upon sixty (60) days notice to the affected Shareholder at any time to redeem Shares of such Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as described in Section 8.1 herein or as further provided by resolution of Trustees: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns Shares of any Series or Class having an aggregate net asset value of less than a minimum value determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a Series or Class equal to or in excess of a maximum percentage of the Outstanding Shares of such Series or Class determined from time to time by the Trustees. The Trustees may also, at their option, call for the redemption of Shares of any Shareholder or may refuse to transfer or issue Shares to any Person to the extent that the same is necessary to comply with applicable law or advisable to further the purpose for which the Trust was established. In furtherance of the purposes of the Trust, if an executive officer of the Trust has determined that a Shareholder has engaged in excessive trading in Shares of a Series, the Trust may require such Shareholder to redeem such Shareholder’s Shares at the net asset value thereof as described in Section 8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Trustees may retain the proceeds of any redemption of Shares required by them for payments of amounts due and owing by a Shareholder to the Trust or any Series or Class.
