Common use of Recognition and Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Recognition and Negotiation. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 474 as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Employees as listed in “Appendix A” or within such new categories as may from time to time be agreed to and established by the parties and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union, a Union Representative and/or any of its authorized committees.

Recognition and Negotiation. 1.01 3.01 The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 474 4616-02, as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Employees as listed in “Appendix A” or within such new categories as may from time to time be agreed to employees of the Corporation, save and established by except supervisors, persons above the parties rank of supervisor, firefighters, Students Hired During School Vacation Periods, Persons Hired Under Government Subsidized Programs and hereby agrees to negotiate with persons for whom a trade union held bargaining rights on the Union, a Union Representative and/or any date of its authorized committeesapplication.
