Right of Fair Representation. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a National Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and any other advisor when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. With the approval of the Director of Education or designate, the representatives/advisors may have access to the Employer's premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement.
