Public Service Leave. Public Service Leave shall be granted to a bargaining unit member reporting for jury duty or when duly subpoenaed to testify in court in a matter in which the bargaining unit member’s interest is not adverse to the Board of Education's interest. If a salary is paid for this public service, this money will be turned over to the treasurer and a regular salary check will be issued to the bargaining unit member.
