Campaign Sample Clauses
The "Campaign" clause defines the specific marketing or promotional initiative that is the subject of the agreement. It typically outlines the scope, objectives, and key deliverables of the campaign, such as the products or services being promoted, the target audience, and the duration of the campaign. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the campaign's parameters, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and helping to measure performance against agreed objectives.
