Property Approval. If the Property does not satisfy the lenders' underwriting requirements for the loan(s) (including, but not limited to appraisal, insurability and lender required repairs), Buyer may terminate this contract by giving notice to Seller prior to closing and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer.

Property Approval. If the lender imposes any requirements or repairs (Requirements) to be 239 made to the Property (e.g., roof repair, repainting), beyond those matters already agreed to by Seller in 240 this Contract, Seller may terminate this Contract (notwithstanding § 10 of this Contract) by written 241 notice to Buyer on or before three days following Seller’s receipt of the Requirements. Seller’s right to 242 terminate in this § 6.1 shall not apply if on or before any termination by Seller pursuant to this § 6.1: (1) 243 the parties enter into a written agreement regarding the Requirements; or (2) the Requirements are 244 completed by Seller; or (3) the satisfaction of the Requirements is waived in writing by Buyer.
Property Approval. Property Approval shall be deemed to have been obtained when the Property has satisfied the Lender’s underwriting requirements for the loan, including but not limited to appraisal, insurability, deed search, material defect(s), or any other due diligence process required by the Lender. The Buyer shall have until ___________________, 20____ to obtain Property Approval from the Lender. If the Buyer does not obtain Property Approval from the Lender, the Agreement will terminate with any xxxxxxx money being refunded to the Buyer.

Property Approval. If Xxxxx's lender determines that the Property does not satisfy lender's underwriting requirements for the loan (including but not limited to appraisal, insurability, and lender required repairs) Buyer, not later than 3 days before the Closing Date, may terminate this contract by giving Seller: (i) notice of termination; and (ii) a copy of a written statement from the lender setting forth the reason(s) for lender's determination. If Buyer terminates under this paragraph, the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer. If Buyer does not terminate under this paragraph, Property Approval is deemed to have been obtained.
Property Approval. Purchaser's satisfaction with the Property, including, without limitation, the Property's environmental condition and the structural condition of the improvements and mechanical systems. Purchaser, its agents and employees will be permitted to inspect the Property from time to time at the Purchaser's expense to examine the condition of the Property. All rights of Purchaser to inspect the Property shall include the rights to intrusive inspections, provided that Purchaser repairs any damage done to the Property resulting from such inspections and restores the Property to its original condition as existed immediately prior to such inspections, should Purchaser elect to terminate this Agreement. Purchaser shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages and costs (including attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred by Seller as a result of Purchaser's exercise of its rights under this Section 4(c) except for any such claims, losses, damages or costs incurred as a result of Purchaser's discovery of any existing condition at the Property.
Property Approval. The Property Approval Notice as required by Paragraph 5(b) of the Agreement shall be deemed given and Buyer shall be deemed to have approved the Property and the Property Documents.
