PROMOTION/SPECIAL INCREMENT. (a) Promotion Criteria in Grade 1 to 7, SS-I to SS-III and MN-I to MN-III be modified in consultation with CBA. The proposed Promotion Criteria is as under:- i- All Post Graduates employees be up-graded as Assistant Managers & Deputy Managers. ii- Promotions from grade 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 3(Technical) & MN-I to MN-II be made strictly considering seniority cum fitness and on the basis of A.C.R. iii- Promotion from grade 4 to 5, 5 to 6, 6 to 7, SS-I to SS-II, SS-II to SS-III and MN-II to MN-III be made as under:- • 70% vacancies be filled in by considering seniority cum fitness. • Remaining 30% be filled in by considering suitability for the post as under:- Seniority in the Grade 50 marks A.C.R. 30 marks Qualification 10 marks Suitability for the post 10 marks • Average of marks given by all Promotion Committee Members be considered for evaluation. • In case the number of vacant posts in any given rank are more than the employees with 50% seniority, then even those employees who are beyond 50% of seniority be also considered for promotion as already agreed in Promotion Exercise 2011. • Promotion Exercise should be carried out latest by 30th March of Each Year.

  • ANNUAL INCREMENT (1) Staff shall be entitled to an annual increment which shall be negotiated with the Union annually.

  • Promotional Increase When an employee is promoted, the employee shall move to the new salary pay grade and shall be placed at a new salary step which provides a salary increase in an amount closest to, but not less than, a two (2) step increase in their pre-promotion pay grade. The date of this increase shall then become the employee's payroll anniversary date.

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.

  • Promotional Increases Employees promoted from one job to another within the bargaining unit will be accorded the following pay treatment:

  • Promotion Increases (a) Promotion salary increases shall be granted in an amount equal to 9.0% of the employee’s previous year’s base salary rate in recognition of promotion to one of the ranks described below:

  • Longevity Increment All unit members who have completed the required years of District service, as defined below, shall be eligible to receive a longevity increment.

  • Billing Increments Unless otherwise stated in a Service Order, usage-based charges will be billed on either a per-minute or per- message basis. Service calls invoiced on a per-minute basis will have an initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, subsequent intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding to the next whole minute.

  • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.
