Promotion of Product. CaminoSoft shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: (i) successfully promote, and solicit orders for the Legato Product on a continuing basis; (ii) comply with good business practices and all applicable laws and regulations; and (iii) diligently perform all other duties as mutually agreed upon herein.

From and after the date on which Xxxxx becomes the Marketing Authorization holder in a country, Buyer shall be responsible for the registration and management of medical representatives under relevant medical representatives’ registration requirements in such country.
