Project Location Access. District hereby grants to ENGIE Services U.S., without cost to ENGIE Services U.S., all rights of ingress and egress at the Project Location, necessary for ENGIE Services U.S. to perform the Work and provide all services contemplated by this Contract. ENGIE Services U.S. will provide twenty-four- hour advance notice to District for access to any District Facilities. All persons entering the Project Location, including District and its employees and agents, must follow ENGIE Services U.S.’s safety procedures. ENGIE Services U.S. may (but is not required to) make transportation available to District and District’s employees and agents between and within Project Locations, which if offered will be deemed part of the Scope of Work and included in the Contract Amount.

Project Location Access. Manhattan Beach USD hereby grants to Chevron Energy Solutions, without cost to Chevron Energy Solutions, all rights of ingress and egress at the Project Location, necessary for Chevron Energy Solutions to perform the Work and provide all services contemplated by this Contract. Project Location Access. ConFire hereby grants to OpTerra Energy Services, without cost to OpTerra Energy Services, all rights of ingress and egress at the Project Locations, necessary for OpTerra Energy Services to perform the Work and provide all services contemplated by this Contract. OpTerra Energy Services will provide twenty-four-hour advance notice to ConFire for access to any Facilities. All persons entering the Project Locations, including ConFire and its employees and agents, must follow OpTerra Energy Services’ safety procedures.

Pleasant Valley SD reserves the right to withhold access outside of mutually agreed upon schedules if such access will interfere with the normal and necessary or safe operation of school activities. ENGIE Services U.S. will provide twenty-four-hour advance notice to Pleasant Valley SD for access to any Pleasant Valley SD Facilities. All persons entering the Project Location, including Pleasant Valley SD and its employees and agents, must follow ENGIE Services U.S.’s safety procedures. Engie Services U.S. and its agents, employees, contractors, and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding access to and presence on Pleasant Valley SD’s Facilities, including, but non limited to, any required background checks or fingerprinting of any ENGIE Services U.S. employee, agent, or contractor. Pleasant Valley SD reserves the right to revoke access privileges from any person employed or contracted by ENGIE Services U.S. that Pleasant Valley SD reasonabley determines to be disruptive, intemperate, unsafe, or who violates any law or unreasonably disobeys Pleasant Valley SD policies or procedures governing activity in and on its Facilities. ENGIE Services U.S. shall not interfere with Pleasant Valley SD activities at the Project Location. ENGIE Services U.S. will coordinate with Pleasant Valley SD and use good faith efforts to avoid disruption of school activities.

All persons entering the Project Location, including Merced County and its employees and agents, must follow OpTerra Energy Services’ safety procedures and Merced County’s access policies. Merced County will provide for the transportation of its employees and agents as required to allow OpTerra Energy Services access to the Project Locations.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Union Access 54. The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the Union.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.
