PROHIBITS. 6.1. The Lessee is prohibited from performing repairs, alterations or any construction work on the Premises without the written permission of the Lessor.

PROHIBITS transfer the use and/or management of the Car to third parties; - use the Car for training purposes; - use the Car in competitions (including informal), betting, contest, tests of any kind; - use the Car for commercial purposes (for profit), as a taxi; - use the Car to move bulky things, hazardous materials, building materials (including but not limited to cement, mixtures, etc.)),; - use the Car for off-road driving (paragraph 1.2 of the traffic rules); - use the Car for towing; - use the Car to start the car engine when the battery is discharged ("dead") from the donor car or as a donor car (to light); - use the Car for the transport of goods, except for bags, suitcases, diplomats with the condition that the total weight of Luggage and passengers can not exceed the load capacity established by the manufacturer of the Car; - use the Car for the transport of animals, except for the transport of animals in closed transport, ensuring the absence of direct contact of animals with the Car; - change any characteristics of the Car, make improvements/deterioration of the Car; - smoking in the Car, drinking alcoholic beverages, using drugs; - to transport of persons in a state of intoxication; - pollute the Car during the rental period. The pollution also includes the leaving of extraneous things in the Car after the completion of the lease; - leave the Car outside the permitted Parking places defined by the Agreement; - complete rental on a closed territory or a dedicated Parking lot, on the territory for access to which requires permission; - use and leave the Car in violation of the provisions of the Territory Agreement; - violate the technical requirements for the operation of the Car, established by the manufacturer; - dismantle, disconnect or damage Car equipment and/or Mobile terminal; - refuel the Car with fuel not intended for it; - leave the Car with the doors, Windows, trunk, hood open; - take away from the Car the Property and Documents permanently in the Car; - carry passengers in an amount prohibited by the traffic rules. The Lessor has the right to impose other prohibitions and restrictions and require immediate compliance with them by the User.

  • Injunction The Executive agrees that it would be difficult to measure any damages caused to the Company which might result from any breach by the Executive of the promises set forth in this Section 7, and that in any event money damages would be an inadequate remedy for any such breach.   • PERMITTING AND LICENSURE At Grantee's sole expense, Grantee shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Contract any state, county, city, or federal license, authorization, insurance, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Grantee to provide the goods or services required by this Contract. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its Subcontractors during performance of this Contract.

  • No Consents The Servicer is not required to obtain the consent of any other party or any consent, license, approval or authorization, or registration or declaration with, any governmental authority, bureau or agency in connection with the execution, delivery, performance, validity or enforceability of this Agreement which has not already been obtained.
