Prohibited Uses of Service and “Fair Use. You are expressly prohibited from reselling or transferring the Service or Dyna Ring Equipment to any other person for any purpose, without express written permission from Dyna Ring in advance. In addition, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or for uses that result in excessive usage inconsistent with normal business, home office, or residential usage patterns. In addition, connection of your Service to a device which converts use of the Service to an outbound trunk line by more than one individual is prohibited. If Dyna Ring determines, in its sole discretion, that you are reselling or transferring the Service or that your Service is being used for any of the aforementioned purposes, Dyna Ring reserves the right, without advance notice, to immediately terminate or modify the Service, or to change your calling plan to a different offer on a prospective basis, and in addition, to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage occurred. Please note, however, that your use of the service is also subject to the following “Fair Use” policy. You will be in violation of this policy if, within any thirty (30) day period, your usage, measured by minutes of use from the VoIP service terminated to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) exceeds more than two (2) times the average level of usage of Dyna Ring’s VoIP service customers. If determined by us in our sole discretion that you have exceeded the “Fair Use” limit, you will automatically be charged $0.025 per minute in excess of the fair usage limit. Customer will be given immediate written notice of the over usage. Customer will have the right to dispute the over usage within 24 hours of the notification of the over usage. Both customer and Dyna Ring agree to mitigate the dispute in a reasonable and fair manner as to insure uninterrupted and continuous service to customer within a reasonable period of time from the point at which the dispute began. Customer agrees that any failure of Dyna Ring to enforce this provision shall not be deemed to be a waiver to enforce this provision in the future.

  • Prohibited Use 4. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Prohibited use of card (a) You must not use the card, and/or otherwise operate the card account to pay the current balance.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • Establishment of a Free Trade Area The Parties to this Agreement, consistent with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (GATT 1994) and Article V of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), hereby establish a free trade area.
